Shared systems

  • The PostHog project Acme-Web (project ID 482913) corresponds to the GitHub repository acme/web-app. Its default branch is main.
  • All Linear issues go into the Platform team. Do not ask which team unless the user changes this.
  • In Linear, Maya Patel should be resolved as Maya, using maya@acme.com.

Conventions

  • Weekly metrics go out every Monday before 09:00, posted in #metrics.
  • Customer names stay inside #cs-leads and are never shared in public channels.
  • Release notes are drafted from merged pull requests, grouped by product area.

Yes, it's in progress:
  • PR #412 by @Maya, "Retry SSO callback with backoff", opened yesterday, waiting on one review.
  • Linked to PLT-161 in Linear (In review).
  • CI is green. The only open comment is about the retry limit in sso/callback.ts.
