workspace context#

Puffle keeps company knowledge, shared configuration, and work associated with the workspace that owns it. Check the active workspace before sharing information or connecting a service.

Personal and shared drives have their own access rules. The session computer is a working environment with a separate lifecycle from durable workspace knowledge.

connected service access#

Puffle uses the account you authorize and the permissions available to it. Provider permissions and Puffle’s tool rules both matter. A workspace connection is shared; a personal connection belongs to the signed-in member.

Credentials are handled through the connection setup and trusted runtime. They are not intended to be pasted into chat or saved in memory.

control future access#

Use Plugins to change tool permissions or disconnect saved account access. Review the provider’s account settings to revoke its grant separately. Removing a connection does not automatically erase content already processed in a conversation or saved as workspace knowledge.

google content and product monitoring#

Original messages, events, and files remain in your Google account, subject to actions you authorize. Reading an email or file brings relevant content into Puffle and the AI provider serving your task. Content and summaries can also be saved in conversations, workflow records, memory, and task files.

When product monitoring is enabled, diagnostic records can contain model inputs and outputs, tool results, errors, and account or workspace identifiers. Session recordings can contain visible conversation text. These records can therefore include Google content. The Google-specific restrictions in our privacy policy apply to these copies too. Puffle does not use Google data to train models.

request deletion of google data#

1. Disconnect the account in Plugins to stop Puffle using that saved connection. You can also revoke Puffle through your Google Account connections.
2. Email kush@puffle.ai from the address associated with your Puffle account. Identify your workspace, the connected Google account, and the records you want deleted. Do not send passwords, tokens, or private source content.
3. We verify your identity and authority and handle the request across applicable task records, memory, files, diagnostics, session recordings, and service-provider copies. We explain any retention exceptions that apply, including legal obligations and backup handling.

Disconnecting a Google account does not automatically erase existing records. Removing a chat from the sidebar does not by itself erase underlying workflow records or saved memory. A deletion request for Puffle's retained data does not delete original files, emails, or events in Google or copies you sent to other recipients.
